    Monthly 500mg NAD+ Infusions 


    1. HUM2N NAD+ Membership 

    HUM2N NAD+ Membership offers monthly NAD+ infusions (500mg) at the HUM2N Lounge for the duration of 4 months at £250 per month. 

    2. Membership Payment Schedule

    HUM2N NAD+ Accelerate Members are required to pay £250 per month for a minimum of 4 months. Once paid, the Membership Fee is non-refundable, except as set forth in the Membership Refund Policy. Upon approval of your membership, your membership fees become payable immediately and will recur on a monthly basis until you wish to terminate your membership after 4 months . 


    By providing us with your payment details, you accept and consent to being charged with membership fees in the form requested by HUM2N. Once you have paid your first instalment of your NAD+ membership, you must book your first appointment within 30 days. Membership Options may change from time to time, and you will receive at least sixty (30) days’ advance notice of such changes. For any subsequent Renewal Term, you may accept the revised Membership Options or reject such and terminate your Membership.


    3. No Emergency Care; Certain Services and Items Excluded.

     If you have an emergency you must dial 999. HUM2N does not treat emergencies. HUM2N does not offer specialist medical services or medications under our Health Programmes.


    4. No Insurance Accepted; Self-Payment Only.

     The HUM2N NAD+ Membership is a direct health optimisation care service; it is not health insurance. HUM2N does not participate with or bill commercial health insurance plans. HUM2N may recommend you receive services not offered by our company (e.g. specialty services, diagnostic tests), but in no event will HUM2N be responsible for any resulting medical bills.


    You are solely responsible for payment of all fees for HUM2N’s services. If you do have health insurance, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is your responsibility to know your benefits, and how they will apply to your benefit payments. HUM2N takes no responsibility to understand or be bound by the terms and conditions of such insurance. There is no guarantee your insurance company will make any payment on the cost of the services you have purchased.


    5. Membership Billing.

    In order to participate in the NAD+ Membership, your Membership Fee payments will be charged to your credit card on a recurring basis. You hereby agree to allow HUM2N to securely store your credit / debit card information (the “Payment Method”). You authorize the Payment Method to be used automatically for your payment responsibilities to HUM2N. If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, HUM2N may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you want to designate a different payment method or if there is a change in your Payment Method information, you can change the information with HUM2N. This may temporarily delay your ability to make online payments while HUM2N verifies the new payment information. You represent and warrant that: (1) any credit / debit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (2) charges you incur will be honored by your credit/debit card company, (3) you will pay the charges incurred in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (4) you are the person in whose name the credit / debit card was issued and are authorised to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit / debit card and information. You agree and authorise the Payment Method to be billed automatically in accordance with the Membership Fee Payment Schedule in an amount equal to the Membership Fee in effect for your Membership Term.


    If HUM2N is unable to secure funds from your debit / credit card(s) for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in the debit / credit card or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by you when submitting electronic payment, HUM2N may undertake further collection action, including application of fees to the extent permitted by law.


    You have the right to revoke this authorization by contacting HUM2N at concierge@hum2n.com at least fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled payment date. You understand that your Membership may be cancelled or withheld if you revoke this authorization, and you are still responsible for all charges you incur or otherwise owe to HUM2N. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until revoked by you or HUM2N.


    6. Membership Term

    HUM2N may, in its sole discretion, not accept this Agreement and return your payment to you. If HUM2N accepts the Agreement, it will notify you, and the initial term of this Agreement will begin on the date HUM2N receives your Membership Fee payment and will last for a minimum of 4 months. 


    7. Electronic Communications.

    By providing your email address, you agree to receive electronic communications via email. You can choose to opt out by emailing concierge@hum2n.com 


    8. Privacy and Confidentiality.

    HUM2N and its providers will maintain a record of the services they provide you, and will maintain the confidentiality of your medical information in accordance with governing law.


    9. Entire Agreement; Amendment.

    This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by all parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HUM2N may, upon at least sixty (60) days’ notice to you, unilaterally amend the Membership Fees and Membership Payment Schedule at any renewal period of this Agreement and/or amend this Agreement if required by applicable law. Upon receipt of such notice, you may accept these changes or reject them by emailing us concierge@hum2n.com


    10. Now Show / Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

    If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must reschedule over 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will deduct this NAD+ treatment from your account. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without informing us, we will deduct this treatment from your account. 

    11. Refund Policy

    Your HUM2N NAD+ Membership is your roadmap to optimal health, performance and vitality so it’s advisable that you commit to your monthly NAD+ infusions. Once you have signed up to the Membership, your Membership Fee is non-refundable however if you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up and haven’t utilised any of your treatments, we are happy to issue a full refund. 

    12. Exchange Policy 
    Your membership includes monthly infusions of 500mg NAD+ only for the duration of 4 months and cannot be exchanged for other products and services under this membership.  


    13. Miscellaneous. Governing Law.

    In the event of any dispute between you and us concerning these Terms, the laws of England will apply. If you wish to take court proceedings against us, you should do so within England, except to the extent that applicable law in your country of residence requires mandatory application of another law and/or jurisdiction and/or language, and such requirement cannot lawfully be excluded under these Terms, in which case such law and/or jurisdiction and/or language shall apply, as far as legally required.
