Vitamin B6:  helps the body utilise and energy from macronutrients and aids synthesis of haemoglobin, a protein red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body.

Vitamin B12 : aids the release energy from food and the use of folate1.

Iron: needed for making red blood cells, which carry oxygen around the body2. 

Zinc: a key nutrient in protein synthesis and cellular division.
